Doug Kemp, an Eastender was born in 1939 in Bath because of wartime evacuation. His unique style of fine art draws reference from personal experience, the USA (particularly New York & Chicago) comic book art, pop art, post industrialist (modern art),  film noir, art deco and gangster movies made in the 1930s & 1940s.
