Two of the three male Torpedoes have loud suits and hats that are similar to each other but different from the third character (the boss?) and those in version 1, and the poses are different.
A street scene being viewed through a window is apparent here with a stylised effect to indicate a pane of glass.
The lines also appear to represent window frames, perhaps with an advertisement of the name of a bar or club: ‘Jacks’.
Torpedo Mini Series Background
A torpedo is generally recognised as an underwater self-propelled explosive weapon. However, the name has been absorbed into language for several descriptive uses, such as a long sandwich, but it also has many slang uses.
The main subjects of these paintings are not, however, caterers. The term was also used to describe Assassins, Gangsters or ‘Wise Guys’.
A Torpedo can also refer to a flirtatious woman who uses her sexuality as a weapon.

Freda, inspired by the comic strip Terry and the Pirates
The female character, Freda (inspired by the comic strip Terry and the Pirates), appears to be reclining on a sofa in front of the window, either holding a stylised Torpedo with its internal mechanism exposed or perhaps it is representative of a part of her, as a Torpedo, with her inner parts exposed as if in an X-Ray.
Freda became the subject matter for a later produced Giclee artist print of the same name, as well as a print-on-demand product collection.
